Well, we are done with week five of half marathon training and thanks to our jogging stroller, it's getting easier as the mileage is getting longer. I really enjoy taking Emma with me on my longer runs. She seems to enjoy it as well. I should probably just run with Kobe though. Kobe and I set a PR on Friday morning's 3 miler.
Emma has started to sit up on her own. She's still a little wobbly, but she'll sit for awhile and play. She likes the new view of the world. We bought her spoons and cereal today. Not quite ready to use them, but when we are, we're prepared. She's learned a few little quirks in the last few weeks. She know tilts her head to the side when she smiles, in a coy way. She also squeezes her eyes shut when she's going to sleep like it will aid her in falling asleep faster. Today, while grocery shopping at Target, she let everyone within ear shot know her feelings. Jabberbox. She likes to be held up. This morning, we went to the Olive Mill with GG, Joanie, Ama, and Lainey. She wanted to be up looking at the oil and good thing Ama has muscles. Our 20+ pounder is giving everyone quite the workout.
