Sunday Funday

Today was a crazy day, mostly due to the fact that I had so much energy that made it impossible to sit down. I'm sure I will sleep very well tonight.

I got to work on Emma's room. Great Aunt Pam sent her an early gift that I put up today, right above her crib.

Every time I go into Emma's room, I inevitably change something.

Her room is very simple, yet peaceful. I never understood why people buy whole sets for a crib and spend tons of money fixing up a room when that money can go to better use. To each his or her own, but I would rather keep it simple. My mom had got me letters and I could never think of a good use for them until now. I put them in Emma's room since our initials are the same.

I did a load of her laundry today so that her clothes would been clean once she gets here... in another 4 months. I just like to hang out in her room and be with her stuff. It's so relaxing and peaceful.

On another note, Kobe and I are kicking ass in our goal to walk 10 miles per week, 40 miles a month as well as burn 5,000 calories doing so. According to the Nike Plus, we are on target to complete the last 17 miles by the end of the month (which for us is November 27th). We are a little behind on the calories, but will make up for it this week. Today, we did 4.6 miles total! Kobe is currently laying beside me, passed out and I am sure that I will get there soon. Have not weighed myself in awhile, but doc says I'm on target so I don't really care to know at this point.
