Wow! It's been Baby Week here at the Schley house!
First off, let me start by saying that Sunday night I had a very vivd dream. I had been having anxiety about breast feeding and the general health of our baby. In my dream, I easily delivered a baby girl with lots of black hair. Once she came out, I was easily able to breast feed. I woke up thanking whomever sent me that dream. It made me feel better.
Yesterday, we had our Level II, hour long ultrasound. It was amazing. Everyone at the office was great and our technician was so funny! The doctor was so nice and informative. I was overall very happy with the experience. I could have watched that ultrasound forever! Little baby girl Schley was moving around and hiding her face. Here are some pictures of our beautiful baby:
Above are BGS's feet bottoms
This is BGS's side. She has her arm over her face :)
Here is her little face:) and below is the profile.
So, we are having a healthy, perfectly normal and gorgeous baby girl! God is good :)
Today, we took a tour of Gilbert Mercy Medical Center which is the hospital we are delivering at. It was quiet, peaceful, and I left feeling good about the hospital. Random side note: it's a Catholic hospital. I figure we'll need all the help we can get!
Also today, Jonathan told me that he had a surprise for me. Yesterday, I had really bad back pain and could barely walk. Today, he won Teacher of the Month at school and chose to get a massage gift card for his prize. He, in turn, gave it to me. I love my husband because of things like this. He also walked Kobe this morning because he knew that it would be hard for me to do so.
All in all, we're doing good at 19 weeks!
