Cheddar Chicken, Homemade Salad Dressing, and Yoga

Why is it that food is the best thing in the world? It never fails you (only you can fail it) and it can make you feel good within minutes of starting to cook it. Now, we are still eating healthy and taking good care of ourselves but, in doing that we are also not depriving ourselves and taking time to enjoy new recipes. I am an avid reader of Real Simple magazine and the latest issue had a few recipes that we tried out and loved.
Yoga...

Now, not only are we big into the 'good' food, but lately I have been enjoying the mental and physical benefits of yoga. I feel better, I react differently, and I am all around happier. If you want to start yoga, I recommend Gaiam's 5 day Fit Yoga. I purchased my yoga mat and brick/strap combo at WalMart for under $20. I love doing yoga and in a few weeks will add to my video library. There are many benefits to yoga, and I would suggest reading these benefits and starting! Jonathan, God bless him, had tried yoga and isn't really a fan. Maybe because it's not really the 'manly' thing to do. Kobe does his yoga poses quite often, but thinks it necessary to lick my face and hands while I am on my mat, which is at least 4 times a week. I'll step off my yoga soap box now...
