I. Kick. Booty.

Three workouts last week, and an hour workout today. Thank you Emma for sleeping for 90 minutes so that I could squeeze that in.

I am taking my running shoes and Nike + to Minnesota. I will walk 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week. I will do a little yoga and strength training. I will come back toner than I left.

I will kick ass.
